Xpert Clearance Modul
- This solution provides complete planning and operational support for managing and executing clearances in KRITIS infrastructe as well as factories and plants.
- Regulations, process flows, and operating principles established in organizations in central Europe are the focus of the solution.
- The process flows are embedded in the planning and execution process of general overhauls.
- An industry tailored work management process is implemented in the solution, the same for a shift book process. Both interact with the clearance process.
EAM Downtime Management
Especially in KRITIS infrastructure, improvement and reduction of downtimes is critical to providing reliable services to the market. Therefore, we have developed a tool to optimize the downtime management.
- Central administration and documentation of all key data on planned downtimes, e.g. start and end time.
- Linking of planned and unplanned workorders (individual and batch) with the central downtime data.
- Updating of downtime key dates automatically leads to inheritance to the dependent workorders.
- Scheduling with the scheduler through easy access to all workorders that belong to a shutdown.

Insight Desktop extends the navigation of EAM solutions with a left-hand navigation Panel and search & further features:

Insight Desktop – Navigation Panel
The Insight Navigation Panel allows user to always have an overview of their system and assets while at the same time providing an optimal search-method:
- Insight Explorer: The navigation tree can display any conceivable data hierarchy from EAM-Systems or other data pools. The display of the configured data structure allows quick navigation to any object.
- Insight X-Ray: Time-consuming complex searches in different applications are replaced by the use of a single search box that searches and finds across a defined data pool.
Insight Desktop – Business Applications
Insight Desktop consists of multiple business applications, which run independent of standard EAM solutions, but it can be integrated:
- Insight Planning: Capacity planning accross multiple maintenance management systems through (multi-) backend integration
- Insight Dashboard: Individually configurable analysis of indexed data from different plattforms
- Insight Map: Insight Map adds new, intuitive and user-friendly ways of navigation. The integrated map view allows different maps and images to be used – from a bird’s eye view for large areas to a room map.
Maximex
- Data is the basis for all maintenance activities. MAXIMEX is the component designed for optimizing the data management within EAM MX-Plus.
- It facilitates the daily work of administrators and key users by making data integration easy and secure.
- Using the tool reduces/eliminates the risk of typing errors and other potential sources of error. Business logic is also taken into account. Combining these aspects dramatically improves data quality.

EAM Drag & Drop

DGUV Connector
- In order to be compliant with the German HSE-Criteria, also called DGUV, companies have to regularly test their equipment.
- However, there is often an issue with different kinds of documentation that is located in different places. There is also often a lack of a testing schedule, resulting in issues with deadlines.
- The DGUV Connector allows companies to have a uniform and digital documentation of all tests in one place. Additionally, all deadlines are tracked digitally.
- The integration to IBM Maximo allows users to directly store the documentation with the assets.
EAM Startcenter Manager
- Professional start centers are a critical success factor for successful system implementation and high acceptance during system operation.
- The EAM Startcenter Manager allows administrators to set-up, duplicate, modify and roll-up customized start center templates.
- This is especially useful during system roll-out and implementation. Instead of creating multiple startcenters in different languages, one master template is created, duplicated and selectively customized
EAM Classification
- Classifications are used to describe objects with characteristics (e.g., plant or spare part classes).
- These attributes can be searched for in the standard system using the classification search by defining corresponding filter criteria via one or more attributes. The results of the classification search are displayed in a list within the classification search - however, after selecting one item to see more detail, the other search results get lost.
- The EAM Classification Search combines the extensive search functions of the standard classification search with a convenient transfer of the results to the list view and the other tabs of the application.
EAM Data Correction
- Data entry errors occur and need to be corrected transparently to the system. The EAM Data Correction Module is the central entry point for solving these problems.
- It is extensible in functionality and can be used by administrators without detailed technical knowledge.
- The module includes an overview log with all changes made (Who? When? What?) to maximize transparency within the system.
- This is the quickest and easiest way to correct false data within the system while reducing error rate compared to step-by-step manual error correction.
