Our customer satisfaction survey for the year 2023

The results of our last customer satisfaction survey from fall 2023 are now available. Thank you very much for your feedback. We were even able to increase participation in our survey by 50% this time.

The positive picture from 2022 was improved in this round. The measures implemented by our colleagues in connection with our customer service are having an impact and are heading in the right direction.

We are still interested in a lively exchange. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any feedback for us – also in the course of the year. Questions, suggestions and criticism are always welcome in direct contact.

Thanks to your help, we will be able to plant more trees with our partner Plant-for-the-Planet this year than in 2023.
