Best Practice presentation on the event ForumAusbildung des BVMW

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝐬 𝗕𝗩𝗠𝗪

On Tuesday evening, April 25, 2023, the event Forum Education: Suggestions, offers, exchange of Der Mittelstand. BVMW took place in the foyer of the SRH University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.

Our CEO André Panné spoke about the challenges of training in the IT industry and our experiences with the training model of interlocked training with the SRH Neckargemünd. Currently we have two great trainees of the Bildungswerk and can only warmly recommend this offer to all companies. During the panel discussion, André passed on our motto for young colleagues: “Give opportunities, trust and just let it happen.

In addition to the many new impulses from the presentations, the time was used in the subsequent get-together for a personal exchange and getting to know regional companies that have committed themselves to the topic of social recruiting.
